When we started the process of looking for an agent to help us I was very concerned. We needed someone who could both sell our character craftsman home effectively and also help us find a suitable place in South Pasadena. In selling your home he is exceedingly professional and dedicated to the best interest of you as the seller, fighting for the best price and conditions of sale. Also, this being our first experience selling a home, Ramiro was very patient in answering all our questions and keeping us in the loop in terms of the progress of viewings, offers, and eventually an unusually long escrow. What turned out to be a somewhat stressful and untypical sale escrow was tempered by the dedication and professionalism of Ramiro.
